I wanted to let you know about the new website

It's resulted from the work I've been doing on resilience and my belief that self compassion is pivotal to resilience, well-being and self care. I wanted to make self compassion practical and easier to 'do' by offering easily-accessible resources in one place.  You can use this website to identify your feelings before being given suggestions on how to make yourself feel better.

All the downloads are free and there's an animation to put everything into context.
