This leadership course led by Chris and Lucy was incredibly informative and impactful. A true highlight was the opportunity to visit various schools, analyse different leadership styles in action, and connect with a wonderful network of new friends and colleagues. The interview and presentation days offered fantastic, practical practice. Furthermore, the targeted guidance on filling out applications provided me with concrete tools for my future career progression. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their leadership potential.
The Making Headway Leadership Course has been an incredibly positive and rewarding experience. The programme was well-paced throughout, allowing plenty of time for reflection, discussion and implementation of ideas without ever feeling overwhelming.
The school visits, presentations and opportunities to engage with current educational thinking were particularly valuable. I gained a wealth of up to date knowledge and practical strategies that I can apply within my own setting. Meeting and learning alongside other professionals was another highlight of the course, providing opportunities to share experiences, discuss challenges and broaden perspectives.
Lucy and Chris were exceptional facilitators at every stage of the programme. Their professionalism, expertise and commitment to supporting participants created a welcoming and engaging learning environment. Just as importantly, their sense of humour helped to make each session enjoyable and kept us motivated throughout the course. Their ability to balance high-quality professional development with warmth and approachability is what made the programme so successful.
